Where We Ship
Avail Liquidation ships to commercial and residential addresses in all 50 U.S. states. For deliveries outside the United States, please contact us for a custom quote before ordering.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. You will receive an email with tracking or freight details once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Case packs and small parcels: ground carrier, typically 3 to 7 business days.
- Pallets (LTL freight): typically 3 to 10 business days in transit.
- Full truckloads (FTL): typically 2 to 7 business days in transit after pickup.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated based on the size and weight of the load, the origin warehouse and your delivery address, and is shown at checkout or provided in a written freight quote before you pay. Residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access locations and appointment scheduling may add accessorial fees, which we will always confirm with you in advance.
Receiving Your Freight
Please inspect every shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage, shortages or missing pallets on the bill of lading and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help file a claim with the carrier.
