Products & Condition
We sell liquidation merchandise including customer returns, shelf pulls and new overstock. Product descriptions, unit counts, merchandise mix and photos are provided in good faith and are approximate. Individual items may vary. Unless a listing states otherwise, all merchandise is sold as-is without warranty.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Loads are subject to prior sale. If a load becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a full refund or offer a comparable load.
Orders & Payment
An order is accepted when payment is received and confirmed. We may decline or cancel any order, including suspected fraudulent orders, with a full refund.
Shipping, Risk & Title
Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery.
Returns
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Resale
Buyers are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to reselling merchandise, including recalls, safety rules and any required licenses or sales tax permits.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
